Biography

  • Level 1 Trainer

  • Bachelors in Sports and Health Science with a concentration in Exercise Physiology.

Active duty Air Force Police officer with over 13 years of service including multiple deployments in support of Operation Iraqi and Enduring Freedom.  I have been active in the fitness community for the past 15 years training athletes as well as military members.  I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports and Health Sciences with a concentrating in Exercise Physiology as well as a CF Level 1 and CF Olympic Lifting certification.  I started my journey with CrossFit about 6 years ago and have never looked back.  I whole heartedly believe in the fundamental values of CrossFit and enjoy educating others on them.  I would have to say that my favorite part of CrossFit is the community.  In my opinion, there’s nothing better than being able to enjoy a WOD with a group of like-minded people all with a quest to be better than they were the day before.  As a coach, I take pride in helping others achieve their personal fitness goals, whether it be to lose a few pounds, get stronger, or simply lead a healthier lifestyle.
