At CrossFit Fever, you will be trained by a personal trainer/coach in a small group during our scheduled classes. No longer do you need to worry about planning your workout – we assign the WOD (Workout of the Day) to you when you arrive and help you perform it safely and effectively.
CrossFit Fever is proud to introduce Fever Fit camp, our new high-intensity interval training, core-focused, boot camp program. We have taken our experience with functional, results-oriented fitness, removed the heavy barbells and complex movements to create the perfect program for new athletes before they take on our full CrossFit program.
When we say CrossFit is for everyone, we mean everyone! Our youngest CrossFitter is 5 years YOUNG!
Our Teens & Kids program is very successful, ran by coaches that cater to all the needs of each child individually.

Speed Alliance Training, friends of CrossFit Fever, is a Sports Performance Training company that specializes in training athletes in Speed, Acceleration, Deceleration, Change of Direction, Power, Explosion, Reaction and Strength. These principles are used to increase athletic performance in football, baseball, basketball, lacrosse, soccer, volleyball, tennis and golf.

The accessory programs aren’t designed to address highly specific individual needs and thus may require you to sign up for individual tailored design to get a program to address those needs.
