There are three phases: Consultation, Testing & Assessing, Training. Throughout these three phases you will review training history and lifestyle. You will be tested on certain movements etc depending on the desired goals and a specific training plan will be formed.
With their Individual Design membership, clients receive a 30-minute consultation every month to create a dialogue and build the relationship between Athlete and Coach. In addition to this, the athlete has unlimited access to the Coach via an app. The Coach will always know where the client is mentally in his/her training, and the Coach can answer any questions the Client may have.
